A 3.5% administrative fee is added to all reservations.
Payment by Credit Card
A 3.5% fee applies to non-EU credit card transactions, complying with PSD2 standards.
Booking Confirmation
Reservation confirmations, including a reservation number, are emailed. Report any errors promptly.
Fixed Hire Rates
Confirmed prices are final unless itinerary alterations occur, leading to extra fees.
Vehicle Preferences
State specific vehicle needs during booking. Availability determines non-specified requests.
Wait Times
Free waiting: 45 minutes at airports, 15 minutes elsewhere. Additional wait time incurs hourly fees.
Extra Luggage
Inform in advance for additional luggage space to ensure appropriate vehicle assignment.
Private Flight Arrivals
Pickup times align with FBO updates, unless instructed otherwise. Extra waiting billed hourly.
Booking Modifications
Changes need the reservation number and cannot be made within 24 hours of pickup.
Additional Charges
– Costs like parking, tolls, and tunnel fees are billed as incurred. Parking fines due to passenger directions are the passenger’s responsibility.
Night-Time Service Fee
Services between 22:00 and 06:00 incur a 20% surcharge.
Cancellation Terms
– Transfers/As Directed: No charge up to 72 hours before pickup; full charge within 72 hours.
– Weddings: Cancel free up to 5 days before; full charge within 5 days.
– Security Drivers and Close Protection: Same as transfers.
– No-Shows: Minimum rate plus fees charged.
Refund Processing Fee
– A 7.5% fee applies to all refunds.
Service Delays
Not accountable for delays outside our control, but will inform about known disruptions.
Insurance Coverage
All vehicles and drivers, including public liability insurance, are fully insured.
Route Changes
Drivers may change routes due to traffic; not liable for missed appointments due to delays.
Child Safety Seats
Available upon request. Installation and safety are guardians’ responsibility.
No Smoking
Dog Accommodation
Permitted with prior notice. Large dogs may require dog boxes.
Liability Disclaimer
Not liable for weather-related delays, lost/damaged items, traffic conditions, or forgotten items in vehicles. A fee applies for returning lost items.
Vehicle Maintenance Fee
Fees for any vehicle damage or soiling.
